By which I mean, hi! Hello! I am Frank! I bring you a rubbish cyborg by the name of Raiden, who you may or may not know from the Metal Gear series of games. His actual name is Jack but don't call him that we are all Raiden all the time over here. He's worked for CONDOR for the better part of 5 years, although he did vanish for a while because he got captured by TRIDENT and turned into a cyborg... That kinda sucked.

He's on the CR meme over yonder and an incredibly thorough rundown of his history/personality/skills (read: I just copypasted his app) is over on the wiki. The short version is he had a lot of shitty things happen to him, became a low-fi supersoldier at a very young age, somehow keeps ending up in the middle of TRIDENT's shit, and then, as previously mentioned, got all cyborged. He's also great at infiltration and espionage. And killing dudes. (Someone keep an eye on him and make sure he doesn't kill too many dudes.)
