Hi folks! It's Mat here with my third baby, an OC named Claire Belacqua!

Claire is 16 and has just joined the Trailblazers after just sort of dropping in on CONDOR and... telling them she wanted to join the Trailblazers. It was more complicated than that, but she's not a missing person that they can find and she's remaining very secretive on a lot of aspects of her past, and they're not gonna just turn out some powered, underaged kid onto the street, soooo Trailblazer training, here she comes! She's aerokinetic, and identifies as a "red band", which is the elemental-control classification in her very favorite novel series, The Afterhumans. It's also why she pretty much always wears red. She will talk your ear off about it if you let her. You have been warned.

As a note, Claire is autistic. She can usually pass as non-autistic (if a bit odd), but it is an aspect of who she is. I'm mostly basing her traits and expressions on my own, but if you have any problems, questions, or concerns, please PLEASE feel free to let me know.
