DID SOMEBODY CALL FOR A SUPERVILLAIN
because that's what this asshole is right here anyway let's do first things first
My name is Mindy, and you can blame Madi for enabling me. I bring to you an OC - the President-King Ori Heber of Olviran, a little country off the Caspian Sea. He also happens to go by the Sovereign, a somewhat crazy (by which we mean 'SOMEONE GET THIS GUY A CHILL PILL') superpowered jerkbutt who has control issues. (He technically has them either way, but, well.) Even sans said issues he's kind of a selfish arrogant putz, so save your sympathies for when he isn't trying to kill you/your dog/your city/etc.
Sovereign has a number of influences from a number of characters, but he's designed to be a Dr. Doom-level villain (diplomatic immunity anyone); I've also been given permission to NPC a handful of smaller threats under his command for cases he doesn't want to dirty his hands in person (though to follow the metaphor- they won't be Doombots). I've also got a post up on the CR meme here, and am all the down for plotting past/present/future things with you all! For now, though, he'll be flying in to Los Angeles in a few days to do some public speaking on the subject of human rights, as well as maybe cause a little mayhem on the side.Just in time for the tail end whole musical plot, dohohohoho!

i'm kappy and i play Legion, a superhero alien robot who is part of the Alpha Force. Legion, being 1183 separate runtimes in a single platform, is also a collective. what i'm saying is, these two should totally fight.
