Sorry that these are a bit late – moving to a different continent hecks you up a bit! But here we are, list time

The following characters' players neither responded to the activity check post nor informed us of a hiatus.

If you are on this list but have been active and just didn't get to the AC post in time, just respond to this post within the next week (so by the 25th) with the requisite information.

If you haven't got enough activity (two threads involving your character that are at least 15 tags long, for half of your characters – see the above linked post for more on this), but you still want to play at Capital H, please respond to this post anyway to tell us what happened and let us know you are still up for this! At this stage in the game we will probably not be telling anyone on this list to take a hike as long as they actually want to play, but we do reserve the right to eject people who are continually inactive.

Anybody on this list who has not responded to this post by March 25th will be dropped from the game.

Okay, I honestly don't have a good excuse for my lack of activity, so I'm just going to own up to it. It's not because I'm not interested in the game - I definitely am, and I will make a redoubled effort to get involved in stuff in the future - I just have a bit of difficulty settling into groups like this... Of course, I knew what I was getting into when I joined, so it's entirely on me, and I apologize!

Oh hey, no worries! We were actually sort of wondering about your set up with Robin, since we remembered from your app that you seemed to have plans with another player that never ended up applying.

Don't worry about her AC for now, but if her place in the game isn't working out for you, we wanted to extend the offer of changing things up with her so that she has some more connections? She was initially reserved as an Alpha Force, for example, so if you wanted to pursue that we are willing to help you work something out!

Oh, that's not a bad idea at all... The dreaded Real Life decided to intervene at just the right time to put our original plans to rest, yeah, so now that you mention it, I might just want to take you up on that offer!

We would love it if you did! If you wanted to change her background to put her on Alpha Force, at the moment the way things are going mean it wouldn't make sense for her to have been on the team this entire time, but we could definitely work something out for her as a past member who's decided to rejoin or recently returned from some kind of prolonged solo quest or something, or a previously unaffiliated superhero who's heard Alpha Force is looking for new recruits?

Well, to be honest, I would like to keep the Shepherds as an element of her backstory, if nothing else. Perhaps either the Alpha Force noticed her talents as one of the team's leaders and approached her, or she chose to apply to join it herself thinking that she could make more of a difference as part of such a prestigious group?

Oh yes, for sure! Either of those would work great – it might make things easier to put the Shepherds in a different city, though, so as not to have to assume that an entire prominent superhero team of NPCs is part of the scene in LA? That's optional though. Either way though (hello this is Harry underneath the mod hat) I'd be totally up to have Celestia approach her about joining Alpha Force on the grounds of maybe having teamed up with Robin and/or her team in the past or something?

Oh, no problem, that's totally fair. And that would be fantastic! As I've said before, Robin's big on teamwork, so it's not at all difficult to imagine that they could have worked together at some point.

Yeah, and Celestia gets around a lot so I'm chill with assuming she's done a team up with more or less anyone :) How would you like to do this in terms of having it happen in game? Like in terms of tagging that out, how much would you like to handwave, etc.?

I'm not particularly fussed? I mean, I obviously don't want to wave the whole thing away because I desperately need to get some tags going, but as for what exactly we should play out, I can't say I have much of a preference... What do you think we should do?

I'd kind of like to do a thread for Celestia approaching her if you'd be up for that! Alternatively we could perhaps handwave the actual recruitment bit and do a thread for her arriving at Alpha Tower or something?

Looks good! Something occurred to me that I'd like to clarify before I get to tagging, though... I had the thought of instead of outright retconning it so that the Shepherds were never in LA, making it so that they actually moved away from the city in-story? I figure that way, the primary concern with keeping them around is still addressed, but Robin's history can remain more or less as it stands. Of course, if you can think of any problems that might cause, then I'll gladly go back to plan A - I just wanted to get it on the table.

Hi!

Neither of those threads is technically long enough to make AC but! Because the game is still just starting, if you want to play at CH we are cool with giving you a second chance on that! You'll need to re-reply to the Taken list to get Wukong back on there but other than that the only thing you need to do is pass AC next time round.
